I have been working with Langhorne debt solutions to help settle my 11 payday loans I have outstanding. I am just starting to get the collection calls and emails, CashTransferCenters has called three times and sent me an email saying they are contacting the payroll dept. at my work. Can they legally do that? Am I worrying over nothing, or should I be worried? Help! Has anyone else used Langhorne for payday loan resolution? What were the results? Thanks!

You need to send them a letter telling them that you revoke the voluntary wage assignment. Send this by email, fax, and follow up with certified mail if you have an address. Then notify your payroll department of the same thing. They will try to use the wage assignment. They will send a copy of the contract to your payroll dept. showing that you agreed to the wage assignment. Do this NOW. I have not had experience with Langhorne but maybe others on the forum have and will talk to you shortly . CTC is notorious for these wage assignments. Good luck and let us know if we can help.

I am working with Langhorne right now also. You will get some calls and also some emails. You will also get the notices about your loans being due. They eventually stop. I started with them 03/26 and I haven't had any calls in about a week or so. As soon as your loans went into default Langhorne would have sent all of the documentation mentioned above. If you have concerns forward they correspondence you get directly to Dennis Williams. He will respond.

If you decide to work with "Langhorne debt solutions"
ask Williams how the Frascellas are doing! Oh you have never heard of Larry and David Frascella??? Just Google either name. You will get to know them real well!!

If you do a google search under langhorne, you'll find what others who have dealt with them have to say.
