I dont know that you can consolidate restitution...Your PO should be able to set up payment arrangments with you...

I am at a loss on this one.....I would do what Leah said and check with your PO or court system to see what kind of payments you can work out.

It seems like you are looking for a loan to pay this off . . . . This is not really advisable . . . . As Leah said, you should be able to set something up with your PO. They should understand that most people don't have that kind of cash laying around.

Restitution in any state should be paid as soon as possible. If you can't get $16K up front, you can set up payments through your PO, which will result in monthly meetings with the court (I believe). The moral of the story is that it takes $$$$ and lots of it, to keep you out of jail.
I guess you should of thought about what the consequences would be, before you damaged someone elses property.

Yes you will have to meet with a PO for the duration until its paid off...Usually monthly, they will want to drug test you and they will require you to get a job, but so long as you abide by the rules and show up then you will not go to jail. (However, was this a felony diversion??? Cuz then you probably will have to have all the money upfront)
