I have recently mounted 10,800.00 in debt. This encludes 4 cc's and 2 personal loans. I was recently relocated on my job which requires me to drive 30 miles to and from work and added expense of $250.00 a month. This has increased the little money I had extra to pay on bills. I am now behind on all about two months. I just have hit hard times and cannot afford the monthly payments. With interest fees and late fees, I just cannot do it. I do not know which way to go in all of this. I am on the verge of a breakdown. All of this is foreign to me and I just want to find the best possible solution that leaves me with more than $10.00 spending money every two weeks. I know I made mistakes and am not trying ot get away from that. I just need assistance in finding the right road to go and I do not understand any of this.

Looks like you need some professional help and resolve your debt issues. Talk to a counselor for your available options. If you are having a hard time in making the payments, ask the consultant to try settling the accounts with your creditors. You might be able to afford the payments in this plan. If this doesn’t work, bankruptcy is the last resort to avoid any legal actions in the future.
