I am on workmans compensation.and have been since 9/20/06. Now I am filing for bankruptcy chapter 7. Any tips on my situation. i currently receive checks from wrkmans comp and now I found that I have a judgement against me.
Help!!

Which company has filed the judgment against you? Talk to a bankruptcy attorney and know what you need to do further in filing for bankruptcy.
