I found this on the NCLC website which is a great resource, if you've never seen the site. I thought I'd pass this along to the forum... the rules seem simple now but it's too easy to let the PDL companies and debt collectors bully you into paying what you can't afford to pay.

Yeah, I figured I should share it here since so many are in the same boat. If I had known about these "rules" 6 mos. ago or earlier things might be very different by now, but better late than never.

Yeah I might not have had to have my pal pay from my gas and electric on his cc before I had a nervous breakdown...
