how do i reach palisades collections??? i had a bill from verizon north turned over to them. and they turned it over to wolpoff and abraham. i paid the amount. and now five months later verizon says the account was never paid and has turned it over to afni collection. and they say that there is no record of palisades ever having the account. please help. i've called each company ...verizon, afni and wolpoff 5 times each. and i am getting no where. thanks for any help i can get

Do you have proof of the account paid? This is the address where you will reach Palisades.

Use your legal rights in dealing with the CAs. Send the DV letter to the company that is asking you to pay the debt. They must prove with all the details received from the original company. Your payment information should also be with them.
