Debtinwi,
Can you tell me how you researched to find what companies were liscensed to lend in WI. I am in Wisconsin, and I have a few internet PDLs that I consolidated with T&C. But if they are illegal, I will try and get a PIF.

First go through your bank statements and calculate how much is paid on each of the account. The principal amount must be paid before you ask for the PIF letter from the companies.
Check the companies in the link below regarding their license.

Contact this person and visit the website, fromt there you can find out if they are licensed or not. But for me it was much easier to contact Kathleen directly.
I can probably tell you right now what she will tell you, not very many internet payday loans are licensed to lend in Wisconsin. But now here's the catch, if you went and did a search for a payday loan then in WI they do not have to be licensed but if you answered an junk e-mail sent to you then they do have to be licensed. So you will have to let her know how you came about these loans.
