Okay,
I thought we had everything wrapped up. I opened up a new checking account and was going to close the old one after any checks went through before Friday the 25th. My husband called his payroll department to stop his direct deposit into the old account and they told him it would take 2-4 weeks. They told him
if the account was closed it could take up to a week to get his paycheck. So now we have to keep the old account open to receive his direct deposit. The credit union can't do a hard freeze allowing deposits only because I asked them today.
I am taking half a day off Friday so I can go in a pick up my check at work and then go close the account. I am going to wait, I guess, to default on CashnetUSA since I was just going to pay the extension which is very small (like $2 Cool

. I guess now I will have to put stop payment on One Click Cash. I already revoked their right to debit last week but I was given an "extension" and allowed to skip a payday. The storefront loans won't deposit their checks until Friday and Tuesday (after Memorial Day) which means I can get the account closed as soon as I get off work and can move my husband's direct deposit. I have it set up so I can transfer between accounts right now.
Any other ideas? I have been in default with UCL since 4/27 and have so far been able to buy some time. I just want to stall them until I can close the account and then let T & C take over.

to whom it may concern: I took out a payday advance with your company a couple of weeks ago. The odd thing, when I applied, I did not think I would be approved for the loan. Then a $300 deposit showed up in my checking account from Geneva Roth. I never got a chance to download the contract, so I am not sure what my commitment is.Is there a way that I can get that downloaded? Thank you, Patricia Small Smile
