I have received a phone call from this company stating I took a loan out with them. I myself never did so. How do I fix this?

I know of a couple possibilities. It might have been a company that bought the loan off another company. I have had a loan that did that before.
I always think that is weird to have a company that you don't know call you. Hopefully it isn't someone calling just to see if you will pay them.
Do you remember the company's name? Check them on the BBB and someone here might be able to help.
