I have FIA-CSNA on my credit report. Please tell me why. I do not (to my knowledge) owe anyone this amount on my credit report.

All my credit cards are listed...all my loans are listed...but there is FIA Csna listed with a credit limit 15,600 WTF!...I have never had a credit card with that credit limmit....Im lost...balance is in 0 though I tried contacting them...they said they had some problems with the system BSH...-,- so what should i do now...??? repport it to the agencies ?
