Does anyone have a fax # for the collections dept? I was given a phone number of 800-846-7510 when I called they would not give me a fax number. Basically they just said no, they don't give it out.

Thanks, but I don't think any of these go to collections. I tried again and they simply will not give it out.
HFC has been calling my home from 8:10 am this morning and there have been 8 phone calls and it is only 11:00am my time.
Can they do this after they were told I was at work and would not be home until around 6:00 pm.

I would like to get in contact with the person who can assist me with my settlement. I had contact with the Virginia office back in 2007 but have never heard from this company again. I would like information on what happened and how do I take care of this.

They have a website, www.beneficial.com, where you might be able to find out some additional information. If they don't have a fax, maybe you could at least email them something.
