If I produced products and delivered them to someone in Canada what recourse do I have to collect and unpaid bill for those products.

I would think that you would be able to file a civil lawsuit against them. I am a US resident, I am sure that their are some canadian residents on here that will come on and help you out. hang in there.

First it will depend on how your setup your customers account. Was it a cash account? Did you extend credit to your customer? If you extended credit did they fill out a credit application with you? Needless to say, it depends on how payment arrangements were setup before or during the sell.
