I have gone with a company out in Florida by the name Cornerstone Financial Counselors. I have researched them here and found nothing at all good or bad and searched the BBB and found they have a great rating with no complaints. They have been around over 20 years. I just wanted to see if anyone has dealt with them...
I have already signed up and ready to go and my rep seems to be worth while...I guess it's a good thing that I can't find anything wrong with them.

Just make sure that all your question are answered, and that it is in writing.
They should tell you how long it will take, how long it will take to start paying your creditors, any fees, and how easy they are to contact and get them to return your calls, just to name a few.

Plus make sure that they don't take any upfront fees like administrative fees etc.
