I want to settle a judgemeent but would like it removed from my credit while I'm making payments toward the debt. Is that an option?

No , they will not remove the judgment from your credit report. But it will show it paid or settled once you settle that judgment.

Unfortunately, a judgement will stay in your report for ten long years whether paid or not. If you've paid it already it'll remain in your report as paid, which is still better than a delinquent entry, but will remain on the report no doubt.
The only option that you have is disputing it with the bureaus, but that's going to be difficult and dangerous too. Get yourself very well acquainted with the state laws before you take a drastic step to remove the judgement from your report.
