Welcome to the Community  I am not sure what you are refering to when you say, sign your name. Is it a summons to appear in court, or a certified letter?
If it is a certified letter, I would tell the PO that it was sent to your address by mistake, wrong name.
If you know the companies address, sent them a certified, return receipt letter stating that no one lives there by that name, wrong address, and to cease and desist contacting you--that is, if this is absolutly not your bill, but someones elses. You want to make sure it isnt' a debt of yours with the wrong name on it.
