PAYDAY
I have a payday loan that I had took out 2 years ago and completely forgot a about and I willing to pay the loan back but this guy keeps calling me and saying he is pressing charges and I am going to jail and threatning to send someone to my job to arrest me and calling my work and cell number and home at least 10-15 times aday and I don't know what to do about it please give me some answers. they are out of california and he says it it called sonic payday

first off,you cannot and will not be arrested for not paying a pdl.second if you could tell us.
who the pdl's are. how much borrowed how much paid back total. sounds like a bottomfeeder pdl and collector.please if you could supply the info above we can help you.
