Hello,

It sounds like you are going through a hard time meaning a hardship period. Something happen to offset the apple cart, this alone should help you negotiate lower interest rates, lower monthly payments, etc... This hardship must be proved, if it is a medical hardship even better.

Hello countryswt49 and welcome to the community! Did you have your wages garnished? Was this a court ordered garnishment or a wage assignment from pdl's?
