i need help to pay off some bills so they will stop taking all of my ck,please help me with this if you can,i want to get my bills paid,i am an honest person and want to do what is best so plz help me

Hello,
It sounds like you are going through a hard time meaning a hardship period. Something happen to offset the apple cart, this alone should help you negotiate lower interest rates, lower monthly payments, etc... This hardship must be proved, if it is a medical hardship even better.

Did you have your wages garnished? Was this a court ordered garnishment or a wage assignment from pdl's?
