I really want to get out of this cycle. I need help... I currently have 5 internet loans. I live in Ohio. The loans are with:
Pay Day Loan Yes- Borrowed $150- Paid $320
500 Fast Cash- Borrowed $400- Paid $480
Web Pay Day-
Borrowed $400- Paid $150
The Cash Spot (American Consumer Credit) Borrowed $300- Paid $37.50
Loan Point
(Geneva Roth Cap Loan)-Borrowed $400- Paid $120

Could you explain a little further what you are wanting to do? Are you saying that you think you have overpaid?

Can you please tell us the state where you live in because every state has its own set of PDL laws.

OP lives in OHIO.
First thing I would do is close that bank account. Then I would talk to the manager of the bank to make sure that the account is blocked from all future transactions. You want to make sure the account can not be forced open.
