We have five payday loans here in Texas. 1) Cash America. $881.51, interest $149.51. 2) EZ Money $1113.55, interest $188.55. 3) Quick Cash $979.34, interest $166.34. 4) Fast Cash Advance $550.60, interest $100.60. 5) Check n Go. $926.10, interest $156.10. We pay the interest on these every 2 wks when my husband gets paid, which is almost taking up his entire paycheck. It is getting to the point that we can't make our rent or car payments. We don't want to default but we can't lose our vehicles either. Has anyone dealt w/any of these companies? Do we have any options?

apr for 14-day $100 loan: 309%
Debt Limits:
Maximum Number of Outstanding Loans at One Time: Not Specified ($500 aggregate loans outstanding to all licensees)
Rollovers Permitted: None (if renewal charge is less than maximum interest rate permitted; otherwise convert to declining balance installment note)
Cooling-off Period:
Repayment Plan:
Collection Limits:

But I don't think that EZ Money is a payday loan.
