Do store front payday loan companys file charges if you wrote a check for a pyaday loan and do not pay it back?

Tell us what state you are in and we will be able to answer your question better. Each states has their own laws in regards to criminal action. Are you having trouble paying back your payday loan? Did you try to contact the company to work out payment arranements?
