Superior Debt Services is my choice, my counselor is Teresa she is wonderful and very helpful. She helped me when no one else would especially after I signed up with another company that only got me sued. The frustration in trying to someone from my old settlement company to help me was like pulling teeth, very unpleasant. The funny thing is the company I chose was a law firm and the only thing they could do was pressure me to file bankruptcy. I called Teresa, who by the way is still there after my two years of being in the program, and she helped set me in the direction that I needed to go. My total experience with everyone there has been nothing but positive. Her number is 888-366-3414 ext 304.

MODERATORS please, please, please do something about fraud companies enrolling in this site and spreading propaganda and commercials for their company. They are trying to guide people to their company's debt settlement schemes by acting like consumers and giving advice.

US Consumer Advocate Services, Allegro Law IS A SCAM.

They keep making the same mistake on their web sites that totally tips it off as a scam. I won't say what that mistake is but it is so obvious. Not to mention that all these sites have the same exact language on them. I'm a Speech-language pathologists so it's so easy to spot.

MODERATORS, I would like request that you consider keeping an eye on the posts of Tom321. You, the moderators, know the great work a good settlement company can do and that people visiting this forum are being honest about their experiences and the good work that can be done in settlement programs. I am sure you know for a fact that the people typing in their successes are not plants. I suspect there are ulterior motives in this person's remarks and he is harmful to the purpose of this site.

The section you highlighted went out the window the second "Vikas" decided only members could criticize him or Oakview, Shazzers. He has "assumed" both a duty and a liability for every post on these boards. Sooner or later, one of the people or companies that get slammed here (fairly or not) is going to sue him and thanks to that stupid "Members Only" board, they are going to win BIG TIME.

FreakyFriday, you know what they say about opinions, everyone has one. I was simply replying to BobbieJo's comment with the terms of service. How the owners of this site chooses to conduct business is not for me to decide. I'm not about to argue with guests or other members about what can or can not happen based on opinions, I can only outline the rules and terms of service as they are.

dmzak,

it is best to read the posts on this forum and make your own choices as to whom to hook up with for debt settlement. if you are going to get scammed at least do it on your own.

now, in order to properly help you how much debt are you holding, what type of debt is it, how delinquent is it and what are your expectations as far as coming up with funds to settle? you do know you need $ to settle accounts?
