The "guest" above has to be a puppet 4 credit solutions. The original employee who signed me up also made great promises but she was suddenly gone. My credit score has gone from
790 to 514 since credit solutions has helped me !

I have been with Credit Solutions for 1 yr to date. They have done nothing for me but take their monthy fee. I have been saving everything that I was agreed to to try and settle once I got offers. I have received two summons to report to court. Spoke to Credit Solutions and they can not do anything. I want to cancel with Credit Solutions asap and get my money back from them. What are the steps I need to do? Any advise?

I am currently in this program also and have what 4 payments left only They screwed me out of two years of payments and never paid any of my creditors every time I tell them I'm dropping out they tell me I can't so I'm very dissatisfied and would like to get my money returned to me. I'm closing my bank and going to another one.

Hello everyone, I found this thread though Google search (how to get a refund from credit solutions) I payed over $1200 to these scamers and after a couple of years they did absolutely nothing for me but take my money. when I called for a refund I was told I could only get 70% of what I payed in.......that is pure BS. So I emailed them a simple letter stating "If I do not receive my full refund I will be submitting complaints to the BBB and to my local attorney generals office." Within 15 minutes I received a call from the very rude lady I have been dealing with, she was very nice and stated that they will refund my full amount within 5 days. So I hope this info helps everyone who is having problems with this sorry excuse for a company.

Seriously? People are paying companies like Credit Solutions to pay their debts. They take their fees and eventually pay. But they get payed 1st. People save your money and work with your creditors.
Say you have an electric bill. Would you pay your neighbor to pay it for you? Same thing. Think about this and do research!

You can still sign up, just contact the lawfirm. I, too was taken by Credit Solutions and now have one of my accounts at a collection lawfirm. I've already paid Credit Solutions all their fees and they have done NOTHING for me at all.

I just canceled my account after 7 months and roughly $900 in fees. I did not ask for a refund but told them I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. One of their customer reps tried to contact me first via phone, then via e-mail. I replied to her e-mail that I didn't want to talk to them, they had my money, so leave me alone. Today, approximately a week after canceling, I received another e-mail from the same rep which included a refund letter for roughly half what I paid in fees. I'm going to sign it and fax it back because I honestly didn't expect anything, even though signing the letter means I can never join a lawsuit against them for a full refund.

As for filing a BBB complaint, they already have an F rating so I'm not sure it would help but I'm doing it anyway. This company is a complete fraud.

It is a common lawsuit, while I think we might be able to acquire a lot from it. If you are interested, you could know this lawsuit in details in its specialized. Check out: Bankruptcydischargesettlement.com.

Credit Solutions is a scandulous, fraudulent company. They held onto my accounts and reported making only 2 phone calls in a span of 18 months to deal with my creditors. However, even though they claimed to have everything under "control", they did not hold up their end of the contract. Business contracts are agreements for both parties. In my opinion, CR should be sued for every account they have held, every minute of stress that they have imposed on consumers seeking shelter from credit disaster, and have the book shoved up their a$$es for falsifying their claims to "get you out of debt". It is a completely false notion that a debt settlement company can save someone in credit card debt. They make it worse and you'll find yourself in deeper water. Better off hiring a lawyer for that $2000 down payment. Do NOT fall for any credit settlement company that offers to settle your debts. You will be sorry.
