should I call and tell them I closed my acct and that I am reporting them to the deparment of Banking and Insurance

I don't think that you should inform Integrity Advance about closing the account. It seems that Integrity Advance is a payday loan company. If it is a pdl then please check whether it is licensed to lend in your state. Which state do you live in? Every state has its own set of pdl laws.
