I was a client of First Choice Debt Resolution and I would like to know why Mr. Partlan refused to pick up my certified letter when he was left a postal card as to where to pick it up? Very true about the lack of communication back from this company and by the way, they have a new address and probably neglected to tell many people they were even moving, thats a FACT, not defaming at all and I can back it up. There new address is:

When I called the Hollywood, Florida Post Office and asked if First Choice was having their mail forwarded to Lighthouse Point the PO said "yes", but the certified letters were not being picked up and they were being returned to the people that sent them and that some were a month old (the certified letters). I can back all this up, nothing is a lie. I am still dealing with them in getting back what they rightfully owe me. They never answer anything. So Mr. Partlan what is your excuse for totally ignoring me? And when are you going to change your business adress on all your web sites?

I signed up with First Choice Debt Resolution 4 Months ago and make payments to them each month but they haven't paid my creditor nor have my creditors receive any proposal from them. I am real worried about this company since I am paying them and my credit on my credit report is going way down because of this.

If you signed with them then all your money right now is going to pay there 15% fee, Thats 15% of what your total debt is/was, that is what they are taking each month and nothing is going towards your debt. I suggest you read the contract you signed as it should have a breakdowm of all your payments. Your credit report will nose dive. They told you to stop paying your bills. You'll get hauled into Small Claims Court down the road and if you're working you'll have wage garnishments or court judgements to pay. I don't know what the term of your contract was (2 years, 4, 5), but I do know that no creditor will wait for them to settle after 6 months and you'll be taken to court. You are paying there 15% fee first and when you get it paid you'll start building a savings account for debt settlement. And don't forget, you're also paying them $39.95 maintainence fee per month and Global Client Solutions gets a $9.85 fee per month. You won't see any real savings account built up for way over a year. Been there, done that, got out. Read your contract. So sorry.
