Search "the credit card solution" and you'll run across a federal civil case pending against him, 7:2009cv81 in the Eastern District of North Carolina.

GetRidOfDebtNow is one of their landing pages--but he and the guys he's working with have about 40 more.

Bob Lindsey is a major Con artist.

His company has like 3 people NO lawyers and NO paralegals. Lindsey is charging people $6000 up front to send out a few dispute letters.

Do yourself a favor before you sign up ask Bob Lindsey if he has a paralegal and if he says yes ask him to provide you with the paralegals licensing information! You also might want to ask Bob Lindsey what his credentials are and how it is that an amateur non lawyer like him is able to convince licensed attorneys to associate with him......seems like it would be a major breach of ethics for licensed attorneys to commingle their services with Lindsey??

I paid Bob Lindsey and "The Credit Card Solution" an upfront fee of almost $7000 to "reduce my cc debt to zero" and "fully restore my credit score".....I paid in full 3 months ago and nothing is being done!!!

I called the Texas attorney generals office and made a verbal complaint against Bob Lindsey and now I am filling out the Texas AG online complaint form!

It turns out that Bob Lindsey "The Credit Card Solution" has NO attorney network, no paralegals.....Lindsey it turns out is a telling lies and ripping people off!

If you are a victim of The Credit Card Solution and bob Lindsey put it on record with the Texas Attorney Generals Office

Bob Lindsey is actively practicing law without a license in Texas. He is running what they call an 'empty office scam' where he convinces victims that he has a 'network of lawyers' paralegal support staff and service staff to handle his customers........that is a huge LIE!!!!!! Bob Lindsey has NO network of lawyers, and one character who claims to be a paralegal but is NOT!!

Being the scam artist that he is Bob Lindsey will take on as many customers as he can con out of their money and then either not service them or maybe pretend to be a lawyer and give legal advice to people who are in dire straits (this I have proof of in the form of emails from Bob Lindsey to the victim client)!

Bob Lindsey is running this scam for as long as his customers don't catch on that he is a total FRAUD and cannot provide the services he claimed he could. Lindsey is pocketing most of his outrageous fees and letting his unserved customers swing in the wind! Don't be fooled by Bob Lindsey and his supersized cross that he wears, he is without a doubt a pathological liar who does not give a damn his customers!

I wasn't to the point of paying Bob Lindsey and thecreditcardsolution.com, but I was considering his program because the only thing I'm scared of is court. That is his main ploy.

Thank all of you for posting on this site! You saved me butt from further problems.

By the way, I noticed he is wearing a cross on his neck in the videos. That makes me sick since I'm a Christian myself. He will have his day of judgment.

Yeah bankedover, I've personally transcribed most of Bob Lindsey's videos and put them to good use in the Southwood lawsuit. The video I think is funniest (like I think Charlie Manson is funniest) is the FAQ about Christian debt counseling, where he tells you: "Be careful. A name can be deceiving. ... A lot of times what we find is that many of these organizations are wolves in sheep's clothing, clothing themselves in these terms, Christian, nonprofit, as a means of fleecing the flock. Be very careful. I'm a believer, I'm a follower of Jesus, but do business with me because what I say makes sense. Now I'll be happy to pray with you and minister to you in any way I can. ..."

Well, how about Mark 12:40 and Luke 20:47: "They devour widows' houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. Such men will be punished most severely."

Yes, goog "Robert Mitchell Lindsey" and see what you see. There are some other threads on this forum about him.

Preacher Bob is now running the Freedom From Debt Alliance, the same scam formerly known as The Credit Card Solution--brought to you by the same crew--from the same address. But changing the name, now that's slick. The Texas AG will NEVER find him that way.

Well actually they already did ... heehee.
