NDS made good on their promises for my clients , as well as for me. As a financial planner for over 20 years , you never truly know until you do your research. After researching them even more than just at face value, and the services that they use to help my clients, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NATIONAL DEBT SERVICES to anyone that needed help with these credit cards companies. Their service is impeccable, and they end result is what we all want fair, fast and friendly customer service. THEY PROVIDE ALL 3.

National Debt Relief Program is certainly legit. I have been enrolled for 9 months and have received settlements for 3 of my 6 creditors already! I am excited about this. Yes, certain programs they offer affect your credit, but other ones that they have help your credit and are designated for people who want to keep their credit. I say check them out! they are completely open and honest about any risks involved in any program they offer.

Paul,

How can you possibly say this? What do you actually know of the company. I worked with them last year and they put me into an interest rate reduction program that didnt affect my credit, lowered my int rates, and have shortened my time to get out of debt by over 20 years! I think you need to do some research. They do settlement programs also, but told me of all the risks involved in it. I think you may need to do some research.

If i were a person looking for help with my debt, i would give them a call. They truly can help. I did deal with a company originally that was a scam, and NDS helped me to get out of that and get on the right track.

Get your facts straight.

Not a scam at all! I can't thank NDS and their affiliates enough for what they did for me. I entered into a 30 month modification program and was able to alleviate my debts in under 18 months! I received satisfaction letters from all of my creditors and my score gradually rose up to 671 after the program! The program doesn't "destroy credit," DELINQUENCY DOES!! If you are behind, or going to fall behind sooner or later, your credit is gonna fall regardless.

Not a scam at all! I can't thank National Debt Services enough for what they did for me. I entered a 30 month debt modification program and I alleviated my debts in under 18 months! I received satisfaction letters from each of my 5 creditors and my score has risen to 671 just 5 months after the program ended! The program doesn't "destroy credit," DELINQUENCY DOES! If you are behind or about to fall behind, your credit is going to take the hit anyway.

I didn’t realize how much attention our company was receiving on this form. I want to thank all the past and present clients for the kind words.

Paul VERY irresponsible of you to make a judgment like that with out investigating my company's services and programs. You wear the tag of the monitor you should consider it comes with responsibilities. People depend on you for guidance.
I do not believe anyone complained about us on this or any form so to say scam I wonder what your agenda is?

I can assure anyone who calls our office we will provide options and advice on what we feel is the best course of action. We have multiple programs and services for those who can afford their debt and those who can not.
currently 7% of our calls get referred to a Bankruptcy attorney 30% go into interest rate reductions and the rest go into our Modification / settlement programs.
These are not easy decisions that our clients need to make, We are just trying to provide the best advice.

Good luck to all, and you are correct to look into any company you may do business with.

I know nobody asked for my opinion, but I'm going to give it anyway:
I believe it is VERY irresoponsible of you to attempt to pass this company off as anything more than it is: a scam.
You are a human being, and you should consider it comes with responsibilities such as not taking advantage of people in vulnerable states, and not using the misfortunes of others to line your own pockets.

Just my opinion...

Guys I do not want to get into a argument with anyone on this form. I think you guys do a great job of keeping the public informed.
But again I must state it is VERY irresponsible to make a judgment like that with out knowing.
WE DO NOT advertise as a Government agency, DO NOT tell anyone we are, and do not lie, mislead, or hide facts.
We run a policy of 100% disclosure
Don’t believe me... then call for yourself.

PS. Paul, you seem like an angry old man. Take it easy and try to enjoy life, not everyone is out to get you buddy.

Good luck everyone

The fact that he argued personal opinions with "WE" tells me that he's probably the one writing all the Raving reviews on page 2.

I think it is pretty easy to see what is a scam and what isn't.

Consider all of these facts about their unsolicited mailings:

- Sending out a notice on paper and envelope intentionally designed to look like a government form

- Listing address on the form made to suggest it is from a government agency of "National Debt Service, 1701 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20006"

- Claiming that the "government economic stimulus act of 2008" is going to help with your own personal debt situation

- Having fine print on the bottom that says "This product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any government agency and this offer is not being made by an agency of government"

Yeah right, this is 100% legit. Cut me a break.
