Does anyone know if this company is a collection company? Are they part of Cash Central. What are their responsibilities as far as the FDCPA and FCRA?

Direct Financial Solutions is not a collection agency. They are creditors who lend money for short term. You may check the link http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...ickpayday.html for more details.

I saw this but the FDCPA states if an in-house dept is collecting a debt they must follow the FDCPA. IS this right? Also Direct Financial Soultions has amended their name to Cash Central those on my credit report shows Cash Central as the original creditor, giving the impression they have sold the account to Direct Financial Solutions. They are even listed under collection accounts on credit reports. Just trying to get clearification on some items. Any and all help is great.
