I wrote them back again today and told them that I was only willing to pay back the $200 principal amount that I borrowed because they are giving loans Illegally!! I got an e-mail response back saying that they were going to suspend the loan which means that they are not requesting any future payment or any future interest payments. They are no admitting any wrong doing so it's almost like they are pleading "No Contest!" It pays to keep fighting with these people. So..if anyone else has loans out there with Instantwages.com..keeon them and they will eventually give in because they know they are in the wrong.

Yes, as far as I know, since they are illegal you are only liable for the principle amount and most Payday loan companies agree to it. This is because they cannot go to the court and sue you, as they know they are illegal. Actually, most debtors do not know this and continue paying the interest and other charges. Congrats...

They emailed me stateing they are a delaware based loan company. they wont work with me.
