I have written a letter to you last week when this scam alert was uploaded on to your website, which then was deleted. This is the second time same identical content was uploaded again. Due to this scam alert, we have already lost two existing clients. Once again, this is a false claim and the person signed up as a guest on your site. We are requesting for an IP address for this person so that we may take necessary legal action. Please remove this immediately or if you have any questions or need to investigate, please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Thank you

My name is John Betancourt. I want to take the time to those who make false slanderous claims against my company. We are and will remain honest to our customer. The claim states i was removed from my last company based on what details and paper trail of any kind. I have also noticed there was a claim that we never settle debts, well look at my website Debtreliefplace.com i cant cliam it if it never happened. Lets be clear on our customer service and the ability to get the job done. we have a very high success rate with regards to our 32.9% negotiations. which means company wide we have saved our clients over 65% on average. Now, we have seen on some cases our clients saving 80+%. Again on some cases. So... Back to the claim, we are the true good players in this field. We are going to be Controversial, this is why others continue to try to tarnish our reputation. I would challenge any one person or persons to prove my cliams i have mentioned here to be false or wrong. Thank you.

I represent Turning Point Debt Settlement. Once again, I have made numerous attempts to contact you by e-mails and phone calls but no one within your company wants to reply to our concerns. Yesterday, I finally got to speak with one of your customer service rep. and he heard my story for a couple of minutes and put me on hold to have me talk to the manager and never came back on the phone. This is a serious matter and it became a big concern. Information website such as yours, can have anyone log on as a guest and make slanderous, false remarks of a company and not care to verify the claim nor delete the article is very disturbing and frustrating. ARE READERS KNOW THAT THEY ARE BEING MISINFORMED ? WEBSITE SUCH AS YOURS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE UP AND RUNNING.!!!

John Betancourt is a scam. If you're bussiness is legitimate, then you should not have a problem refunding all of my money for the services you promised, but did not provide. Turning Point Debt Relief is a total scam. They did absolutely nothing to help with my debt. I'm a former very dissatisfied customer that has lost a lot of money to this company. Betancourt/Turning Point a total fraud! I absolutely detest people and companies Betancourt/Turning Point Debt Relief who prey on people in desparate situations! Reply to this post if you've any decent intentions of providing me with a full refund. Don't worry I'll contact you if you're ready to give my money back.

In closing, The negative post was written by a disgruntled employee that was removed from our company. If claims are made stating that they should be reimbured for various reasons, Make yourself available and seen so It can be handled. If not stop the nonsense. Thank you

I actually joined a debt settlement program with Turning Point about 6 months ago and already had some positive results. The consultant took in my $48,000 credit card debt and settled a few accounts. One of the accounts they settled is my $16,000 (estimated) US Bank account which was settled for only $4,640. I'm basically making my payments to my trust account and they take care of the rest. I'm was struggling to make my mortgage payment about 3 months ago so I discussed my financial situation with the same consultant and they are helping me lower my mortgage payment as well. I was happy with the service provided for such a low fee compared to any other company.

Ladies and Gentleman:
Let me give you a fair warning before you make a huge mistake.
You will want to stay as far away from this man, John Betancourt, as possible. His Company Turning Point is a complete scam. This guy sets up companies to take your money and then shuts them down when we can't take anymore. This guy has no ethics, no morals, and he has screwed a lot of people.
He can spin his words and websites to sound appealing and honest - but again - he and his Company are fraudulent and dishonest.
