Is ace cash express legal in Nebraska? I took out a payday loan for 352 and now owe them. I keep having this company from New York calling me. Its called Advance Credit Recovery. They said if i don't pay now they are taking me to court for writing a fraudulant check. I'm pretty sure My bank account was open when i wrote it but im not sure. It got closed around same time. Will i go to jail? or what will happen to me. Should I be worried?

while ace cash express is legal.the tactics this CA is employing are not.they cannot use the criminal process to collect on a pdl.find out if ace cash express either hired these boobs,or they sold it.either way you can't go to jail for a pdl.tell them you want details in writing before you talk further.then hang up,and don't speak to them again.JMO,but this sounds like a typical bottomfeeding pdl collector.i would file an AG complaint against advance credit recovery.

I've had so many problems with this company. When I called to try and make payments the first time the lady was completely rude and told me that I couldn't and that I would be receiving court papers in the mail. I have some guy harassing me now from that Advance Credit Recovery Place and I don't even answer anymore.

You should file a complaint with your state attorney general. That will shut them up.
