I am being charged 4 days in advance on my payday loan. As a result my account is now negative. How do I get out of this mess.

Have you contacted your bank to dispute the charges since it was 4 days before they were supposed to debit your account?

What state are you in and which pay day loan company is it with? Also, how much was the loan for and how much have you already paid in fees, interest, etc.? They are not supposed to go into your account before your pay date but, as you will find out, they do many things they're not supposed to do. If you give us more information, we'll be able to help you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Talk to your payday loan company about this. The debit should not happen before the date mutually fixed between both of you. Do you have a contract in writing with the pdl place?

You may ask your bank to dispute the debit done by the company. They need to clarify it otherwise reverse the transaction.

I contacted the PDL internet and they are crediting my account, but I have to wait until it shows the return fees. The problem is that is it making my own transactions now go negative and each one is going to be $35.00 and that will add up between now and Monday when the fees will all show up.

As Arden said, see if your bank will reverse the fees. Tell them the company attempted to debit the account earlier than you had agreedto and therefore were unauthorized at that time to do a transaction. It might be worth a shot.
