do not go with American Debt Foundation. They will take your money and run and never call you back, they took over $5k from me and won't return phone calls and now I have to get shark attorney to get me my money and all the hardship, back.

Have you filed your complaints with the law enforcement agencies in your area? Get all the proof of their violations and not abiding by the contract signed with you. They will come under investigation and you will have a chance of getting your money back.

Wow! I see advertisements for them all of the time. Thanks for posting the warning. I hope that you are able to recover your money. Did they even apply any money to your outstanding debts?
