I understand moderator. What I mean is that this site is not just Vikas's*, the owner, solely wanting to "give back" to the community. This site is a way to make a profit. I know, because he told m that himself. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I just want people to be aware of it and maybe this is why he is not in such a rush to take down the lies that I did time for fraud and that my company is not legitimate. He told me he can not remove them, flat out. He told me that people have put up racial comments about him and that he can not even delete those comments. I challenged him to prove that to me and e-mail me those links and he said he will. We will see.

But, if you look at my previous comment, you or another moderator did in fact delete my comment. Why was that? Which is it? Now I have to get an attorney and according to ***, the owner who goes by Vikas in these forums, it won't do any good, because he is protected. Now my business and reputation has to suffer because of an untrue statement about me and my company. In fact this statement probably came from a disgruntled x-employee. I offered to do a background check in my posting that was erased to prove I don't have any criminal record! So, let me get your comment on that?

If the author if the posts are fully responsible, how come they do not have to take full responsibility? I asked, Vikas*, the owner of this site, to help me identify who this person was and he said the only way he would do that is by subpoena. So, are people that write the comments fully responsible?

I did NOT delete any comments that you or anyone else made in this particular topic, so I'm not sure what you're referring to as far as false statements regarding "doing time", I just read this thread and saw no such statement, unless you are referring to a different topic?? I was addressing your comment below:
Quote:
First of all I called the owner of this site to have him remove this web page, because of the false allegations that I did time and that our company is not legitimate.
And:
Quote:
Click debt free, the words that have a link in the beginning of this page in the first comment and you get linked to submit your information for debt consolidation, or debt settlement!
The Terms Of Service explicitly states:
Quote:
The comments are not endorsed by debtconsolidationcare.com or our parent company InterNext Technologies INC.

I am glad elcarademico and caradeculo agree. These days’ people need strait talk, not BS. If you are trying to sell something, that's fine, but let me know up front. Don't try to have us all come into your forum, and in-between the comments or to the side put ads to get us to sell us something like debt settlement. Make sure you take a print screen as your comments and this one may be deleted! Oh and moderator, look at the beginning of this page, someone wrote and I am Copy/Pasting, “I found out an ex mortgage broker Jason Evans is the owner and they are scamming people.” And from the subject line of the next post, “Jason Evans got busted and did time for fraud”. That is what I am referring to. As to what was deleted, let me know I you want me to post that again, because I have to save every comment into a word doc in a separate file, because you guys delete what you feel like.

The reason I and other guests agree that this forum is a joke is because anyone can say anything and hide behind the veil of a “Guest.” Their identity is never revealed. Is it fair that I have been accused of fraud from what is probably a disgruntled x-employee? Is that fair, when I have NEVER been either arrested, gone to court, or been convicted of A CRIME! That is why this forum is a joke! I called the owner today and even suggested he pull a background check to prove this. Do you know what he asked me for? My social security number! Feeling like I had no choice I reluctantly agreed. My wife, who overheard the conversation freaked out! So, I ask you. Is it fair that some lead generation site that owns a debt settlement company can decide what is posted and what isn’t? Everyone is trying to fool the American people these days and I hope you guys to get what is coming to you. Thanks for allowing someone who won’t reveal their identity and who you guys also won’t reveal their identity to hurt my honest and legitimate business. We lost a deal this weak to this stupid forum. Do you think you got that deal? You guys are only hurting people.

Hey guys, we need someone to call the 800 number on this site and see how honest they present their products and then report back here!!!!! Let’s put their feet to the fire! Let’s see how they size up! And again, take a screen shot, because this comment might not be here! If you see it deleted report back! Let’s FIGHT back against this sight, because the innocent get slammed. So, guys I will take a background check and put my money where my mouth is, will you?

First part, I have no idea who Jason Evans is. That being said, WHY and I say again WHY do you care what someone says about you in this small forum? This forum is not nationally observed. Are you saying this site has damaged your business? I find that very hard to believe. Why defend yourself if you are doing the right thing? Your actions will speak for your reputation. Not to mention it's weird when you guys come in here and try to defend yourselves. YOU all say same the same EXACT thing. It's always an ex-employee who has it out for you, we are hiding behind false names, who will take responsibility for the comment, give me his/her name, I'm suing this person or the forum for making the comments or the person making the comment is just a hater. This forum does not have the power to destroy your good name. YOU DO.

When you guys come in here I get a red flag in my head thinking that this person is full of it. Why would this person care about this forum and second why would you CARE to have the time to WASTE on nonsense? True adults don't have to defend themselves. Your honor is in your hands not this forum. If you are legit don't waste your time debating with fools but if you are not it will come out.

I don't know if you agree but it's something to think about.

Mr Evans,

I have only been a member here for a short while but I joined with full knowledge that there are 2 parts of this site. The freeOpen Public Forum and the business side of Debt Consolidation/Settlement. Vikas has never tried to hide the intent of this site. Moderators will delete personal information, personal attacks and posts that violate the TOS. If you want your posts to stay, follow the TOS. You also might consider registering. Maybe your knowledge would help the public as well. If you are dead set on legal action, then I would read the thread below. Good Luck!

I Googled Jason Evans and came back with 512,000 hits. I got to page 6 before I found a link to DebtCC with Jason Evans Law Firm:

http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...son-evans.html

So my conclusion is there are a lot of Jason Evans' out there. An Actor, scientist, DR, Lawyer, photographer and tattoo artist. Which one are you?

Man o man o man. Mr. Evans after reading your post I felt bad for you......really. I thought maybe just maybe you ARE getting a bad rap here. Then I did some looking up and I found some things that are very disturbing. Maybe you can explain them please?

Why is your website almost the same as about 12 and counting other websites?

Why is your ABOUT US statement posted on 20 and counting completely different debt settlement companies web sites word for word? Seriously it's on 20 or more other sites.

A lot of the sites the content is on has something that says AS SEEN ON TV. Where on TV? Why don't you have the commercial on the website? I would like to see it please.

I copied, pasted and googled ALL the content on the site and it is shared word for word ALL OVER the internet on completely different debt settlement web sites. A LOT OF THEM.

Companies and Web sites:

firstdebtsettlement.com
debtfreefinancialgroup.org
/handsfinancial.com
jwarrenfinancial.com/debt-settlement.html
apexdebtsolutions.com
approvalcenter.info/debtsettlementservices.htm
debtgroup.com
capitaldebtsettlement.com
aspirefinancialsolutions.org
And MANY more.

There are so many sites it is crazy.

What's this all about?

SEE they NEVER answer the QUESTIONS and make it out to be our fault. Cry wolf and stuff. As soon as you through FACTS in their face they run away or go for personal attacks. Seriously......this urks me to no end.

LOOK.......TO FUTURE COMPLAINERS IF YOU ARE A FRAUD JUST SHUT UP and go silent. You make MORE of an a$$ out of yourself when you try to defend yourself.

You can't even answer ONE of my questions?

No paulmergel I think smokey is right. When you reverse lookup the number of the business it states it is in a residential area. Some lookup sites tell you if the number is in a business area or a neighborhood. Sometimes you can use a satellite image to see the exact location.

What an age we live in today.
