Does anyone have a Applied Bank Card. I was wanting to know if you have settled your account with them. They just continue to add 100 per month to my account and will not settle for less than 70%. I want my account to charge off with them so I can maybe deal with someone in America instead of India. I am at my wits end and just about ready to give this account to someone who can get this balance down and I can get them paid off and out of my life. Thanks for your help

Why should you want to let this account charge-off? This is going to damage your credit. You can rather try balance transfer if you have good credit. There are many credit card companies offering balance transfer at 0% introductory rate.
Well duh have you not figured out my credit is screwed anyway. This is the last card I have to settle and I want it finished out of the way.

Well I let this debt charge off I had with them and it has been over 2 months and I have not heard a word from the company or who bought it. I also have not gotten sued at this point. I don't even know who owns applied bank card now, I heard they were in a lawsuit themselves. Just waiting but I will let you know if a settlement offer comes in.
Still have heard nothing from this company as of today. Been almost 2 years now.
