Is it necessary to have debt settlement companies that have attorneys/

debt settlement companies have their attorneys to provide legal assistance to the consumers. In rare cases, if any creditor is willing to take you to the court, the attorneys will defend your case and try to stop any legal actions against you. I will not worry if an attorney is handling my debts.
