Chowong, you haven’t mentioned what type of debts you owe. However, converting unsecured debts into secured might not be a good idea. You can settle your debts by your own or take help from some professionals.

Also, it is easier to work with consolidation/settlement companies in your locality so that you can have a face to face talk whenever confusions arise.
