I have been having bad financial problems. I was just recently going through a garnishment for my student loans and it knocked me down hard so I had to turn to payday loans. I want out I am finally through with the garnishment problem but now i have this other issue PAYDAY LOAN!!!!! HELP how do I consolidate them or get help

Before you think of consolidation, have you paid back what ou borrowed from each company? What companies are you dealing with and are they online or storefront pdls? Are they licensed to lend in your state?

Deante, First congratulations on being finished with the garnishment. That's one big problem out of the way.

We can help you deal with the payday loans. We need some info, though, to determine whether they are legal or not as well as the best way to deal with them.

1. What state do you live in?
2. What are the names of the PDL companies? Are they internet or store front?
3. How much did you borrow from each company and what is the total amount you paid back to each (including fees, interest, etc.).

If they are automatically withdrawing money from your account, you may need to block ACH transactions or close your account altogether.

If you answer the above questions, we can help you get started on dealing with your payday loans.

The companys are cash corner and check smart. I live in the state of Ohio. They are both store front. I give them a check but I always go and pay it back before they withdraw it. I borrow 550.00 from cash corner and 450.00 from check smart. The interest rate for cash corner is apr 391.07% finance charge is 15.00 for every hundred dollars. For Check smart APR is 421.15% and also 15.00 on every hundred. I always go and pay them before they cash the check. But that means I have to go agian to get enoguh money to pay my bills
