WOW, I have been spinning out of control. I cant catch up on any bills, I am so overwhelmed I am in counsoling for the deep depression. I have all my cards on payment plans but its killing me. For some reason I am terrified to stop paying them. I owe, HomeDepot $2,068. Sears $1,500, Capital one $548, GE $1,900. I know I have gotten myself into this and I am in no way wanting to walk away completely free, but its getting harder every month for me to even eat. My house payment is behind, car is behind, I have lowed everything down to the bare minimal. I eat alot of hotdogs. Can anyone here help me with how to deal with these companies and should I be scared of them to miss a payment. Any support would be great. I am also working on getting rid of 4 store front PDL's so that is part of my crazy circle.

all I could tell you is don't go crazy -- you have to live somewhere -- get food -- if you have to stop paying them, then do that --
I couldnt do it anymore and I came to that realization a year ago --

I am not done yet, but moving forward slowly --

good luck to you --

Pay your housing, food, utilities and car payment first! You have to live.
If you are that much in the hole, talk to a bankruptcy attorney.
