We are interested in doing debt settlement but every time I try and look a company up online to find a BBB listing or rating, nothing ever comes up. What am I doing wrong? I have read on here that these companies have them but want to read them for myself. If I could find them!

You need to know what city/state they are in that way you can get their information. If you have any questions in regards to a company maybe you could check the search button on this site. Perhaps someone else has used a company and has knowledge of them.

go to bbb.org and you can search by the company name or if they have a website, you can search by website name as well.

guest is right. Just go to www.bbb.org. Click on "company" and type in the name, then search. It'll come up with the companies with that name. You can then click on the correct company you are looking for and a page will come up with all the information regarding the company. Just post if you still have problems!
