Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of complaints. Complaints concern unauthorized withdrawals from consumers' checking accounts, failure to disclose that the initial payment is taken as a set-up fee, and failure to disclose that a third party, Family Financial, handles the debt management program. |

what company are you talking about?
Debtcc is not a consolidation or settlement company. we are a public forum..A group of people who have survived debt ourselves and are offering layperson's advice to people looking for help. We are not professionals, we just speak from our own experiences.
