Me too . . . I mean the receptionist told them I no longer worked there. They still called 20 times a day for a couple months, but never got through to anyone.

It is hard not to get your feathers ruffled when someone is so obviously looking for a fight, Tweets. That is how I got so caught up in this.

At my work, I normally answer the phones because one of the other people that is supposed to is too lazy to do so. A couple of these places would call my extension, and I wouldn't answer cause I have caller ID. Then they would call the regular office number and I would answer and when they asked for me I would tell them I was not available. I can also tell when they are collectors calling for my boss-she has a lot of pdl's too....so I would tell them to please hold and then I would pretend like I was transferring them and just hang up. Some of you may remember when I pretended to take a message for myself and DMS told me to "tell Michelle she is now considered a 'runner'"

I think "guest" is just another one of these loan shark losers trying to justify his corrupt and, yes, totally illegal "business." Moral obligation? You gotta be kidding me. BIG-INT is composed of most amoral scum of the earth you'll ever encounter. They deserve nothing but contempt.

Does each state have a set fee for what can be charged per 100? For instance Alabama, i thought the highest was 17 on the 100. I went through BIG and they are saying I will owe 65 on 200.00. I just found this site today-unfortunately a day too late as I received my funds from BIG. Is there anything I can do about the excessive fee?

Big is not licensed anywhere. They are highly illegal. You are only morally obligated to pay back the principle amount that was borrowed. they will however pull money from you until the end of time. the only way to stop them is to close your account or put a hard debit block on it.

Anyone dealing with them should cal the Reno police dept they are scammers .775-334-2550(department)the more complaints they get the more apt they will do something about them. Sandra there address is for (big-int)
BIG PAYDAY
1005 Terminal Way STE 102
Reno, Nevada 89502-7350

They put money in my account i did not ask for and they have no forms saying i did then want me to give them 60.00 to take it back out i offered to mail them the 200.00 they said no only debt my account i said i didnt give you permission too I was told they do what they want to once they put the money in . And they did they didnt take the 200.00 out just the 60.00 . The police there told me they are sending some forms as they are pulling scams so the more ppl who report them the more apt they are to shut them down . It is illegal for them to call you place of business after they have been told not to and if they do call all they can do is ask to speak to you . If they give out any information it is illegal debt collecting .

I have emailed this company asking them to not to call me at my place of business and they have ignored this request in fact they are calling, refusing to leave voice mails and being confrontational with other coworkers who say I am unavailable. I also sent them an email inquiring about the fees since checking out this and other sites I have realized that these companies are not licensed in the state of California since “rollovers” are illegal. I borrowed $200 and I have paid back $195 according to what I have read I should only owe about $40 more dollars. I am filing a claim with AG but I was wondering if there is any advice on how to handle the phone calls and letting them know they are breaking the law?
Hey all, good news Jim Harris and his cronies are out of business. Cashtoday LTD, Big, Route 66 have all forgiven loans. They no longer are doing business and if you just wait it out they will no longer contact you. Good luck! Finally these scumbags are out of business
