i have payday loans and credit cards totaling 6000 dollars help i need help now asap thanks.

how do you go by blocking the payday loans when your bank so if you close your account they will open them back up.

What is the name of the loan company you are dealing with? If you want to block a specific pdl company, tell your bank about the problems and they will block the company from future debits.

Your reason of closing the account will be strong enough when you prove the payday loan company is doing unauthorized debits and charging more than your state laws. Most pdls not licensed in the borrowers' state are into such activities. What companies are you dealing with and what state are you in? You also need to confirm the total payments on these accounts.

Just be carful when blocking future debits from a company with your bank b/c the majority of payday lenders have other names and they could try to debit with a different dba or even try to present a paper check. I pay my Nextel cell phone bill online from my checking account and I thought it would just be an ACH debit since they don't ask for a check #, but I noticed on my banking online activity that Nextel presents a paper check of their own with the amount of the payment and some off the wall check # so it clears as an actual check and not an ACH debit. Some pdls might try to attempt this way of getting money from your account.

Sometimes, it may not possible to remember the DBA names of all the companies. If you see a suspicious transaction in your account, immediately dispute it. Tell your bank that you don't recognize the company debiting and it should be immediately disputed. They will place the dispute. If it doesn't come verified, money will be returned back to your account.

how do you go by stoping the companies from using a different name of the payday loans or a paper check how can you do this what can your bank do to stop them beside a stop payment.

In a situation when you don't know the different names of all pdls having access to your account, the best way is to close the account so that no one can do the debits.

Open a different account and don't give the info to everyone. Get the complete info before you authorize a new company accessing your account.
