Since I closed the account with BoA, and they have on my paper " 0 loan ballance"
Yet I get a bill from them every month, saying I own 6-K,
I called up and ask who are you and they say BoA, yet they won't tell me who "They" really are.
Question is how do I find out ?
Are they a credit card company from BoA ?

Thanks Robin

Hi housholder356,

Check your credit report(s). Send a validation letter to them (the credit reporting agency). and the creditor, which should be listed on the report. Include proof of the settlement paid.
