Hello.. I posted earlier.. but now I am a member.. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how i can get out of these two payday loans. i have two and they are both 300, they are in california and they are local stores. if i pay them off i will have to borrow again because i will not have any money.. any suggestions on how to proceed? thanks

Who are the lenders? Another thing, you should stop borrowing from the payday loan lenders. Otherwise, your debt problems will never end. The interest rates on the payday loans are very high. If you really need money, then get a job if you don't have one.

Storefront would by default mean that the lenders are legal so escaping the loans will not be a good idea. How much is the outstanding balance? Who are the lenders? If any of them is a CSO, they can offer you an easy extended period repayment plan.

The lenders are hi cal financial and have cash advance.. they are local.. they do not offer any extended payment plans.. which is what i need so i can pay so much twice a month then, pay them off and never borrow again..

If you can't get an extended payment plan on a legal loan, you'll have to default and work out something with collections.
