What is your situation? As puddle said we have all been in some pretty tough situations and may be able to advise you some while you wait on your call. I have research Michigan law and I can't get a handle on what I'm looking for: Hopefully, you can help me. I preparing to send Revocation of ACH letters. What I need to know are the following companies licensed to operate in Michigan. Here goes:
CashNetUSA
United Cash Loan
Loan Shop
GFSIL who has theaten me with someone coming to my job
NetCashUSA
Eastside Lenders
Northway
Cash transfer Centers
National Loan Service
9-Total Lending
Credit Potection Loan (unaware of they are, taking large amounts of money since February.
I know this is lenghty, but I need help. Thanks

Most of the companies are not licensed in any states in US. Northway Debit, Cash Transfer Centers and the DBA names of Sonic Payday. They are originally from Canada operating illegally in US. There are loads of complaints against this company with each state attorney general's office and the FTC.
United Cash Loans is a DBA name of Rio Resources. They also operate under MTE Financial and are not licensed in many states.
Go to the regulator's website of your state and check the companies for their license.
