Most of them have been very helpful and have stopped these charges and lowered my interest rate. There are a couple of them that are unwilling to do anything. How do I get them to be more helpful? I will never get them paid off when they charge a late fee and overlimit fee every month. Good point. I will call T&C and see what they will do. But if you are paying these people, I woulld assume it is their job to speak to your creditors.
