I took out a loan on a car I had and ignored it for a couple of years... they have contacted me and gave me three options pay 65% or 75% or pay an amount down to keep the attorneys off of me... the total amount is 4,700. I guess it is with late fees and interest etc.... they say they will take me to court is that true? or is it just to scare me?

(2) Don't pay just to stay out of court unless the money is actually going to the debt principal

I took out a loan on a car I had and because of medical bills etc.. I kept saying to myself well next week and on and on and now I am two years behind. Well they have contacted me and told me that the financial institution sold to them Captiol Management and I have three choices or they will turn me over to their attorney and I will go to court... The amount of monies they want for payment there is no way possible.. So they told me if I send them 462.00 before the end of this month that will keep the attorney's off of me... I want to take care of this but I am only working part time and taking care of my mother..
