I fell into a huge trap with payday loans and they are bad news and crooked. Just some companies I have used are 500 Fast Caah, Route 66 Funding, Cash Centarl. Oasis 1 Maarketing group and so on. Stay away from them. I am way in debt now when I just needed a little help.

Hi!

Welcome, you came to the right place. We all hate payday loans here, a lot of us have fought the PDL battle and won.

You can definitely get help here..First off, what state are you in?

Wisconsin. Do you have any advice on debt consolidation or can you suggest a debt consolidation company?

I personally have never used debt consolidation, but a lot of people here have..I'm sure someone will come along soon who has.

Since you've registered, a counselor will call you..Probably after the weekend.

This is the pdl law in WI
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...pdls-laws.html

Pull your bank statements and calculate the total payments done so far. Compare it with your state laws. You will know the actual standing of each account and make payment arrangements with the lenders whom you owe. Get the PIF letter from the lenders whom you have paid in full.

you may be entitled to a refund if you have been paying a long time on them. Figure out what you have paid each one, if it is excessive, request a refund and that the account be marked paid in full. Also, stop all ach and voluntary wage assignment with each company.

If you have been paying on these for sometime and just paying roll over fees it may be that you have already paid the principal and legal interest rate your state allows. If this is the case demand they mark your account paid in full, also file complaints with your Attorney General's office as well as the AG's offices in the states they are located. With the exception of Rt. 66, they are located over seas. You should close your account and open a new one so you can gain control of your finances. Be prepared for the illegal threats. They are going to tell you that you comitted fraud, you are going to be arrested. They are full of it and are telling you lies.

Hello:

I have dealt with Cash Central and they can be pests if they don't get their money. I just wanted to share that with you.

You might want to consider debt consolidation as it has helped me with these payday loan companies. It may cost you to consolidate your debt when you use a third party so you may also want to consider contacting each payday loan company and requesting that you can work out a payment plan. It will be cheaper to deal with the company directly.

Just look at your options and contact a debt consolidation company to see what they have to offer. Not all companies consolidate payday loans however there are some that do. Just do some shopping around on this website (a great website that you have come to as they helped me out when I needed help).

I recommend that you try to deal with these internet payday loan companies first, and if you have already paid them back in those fees DEMAND they mark you paid in full before you go and pay some company money, alot of people have been able to settle with these companies as paid in full on their own and for FREE.
