I am thinking of entering the Century Negotiation,Inc. debt settlement program. Has/does anyone else been in this program recently that can tell me if they have had good or bad luck with them?

Thanks.

Century Negotiation,Inc. is one of the better settlement company's out there. They are members of the BBB and have an excellent track record and have been around for years.

American Liberty Financial is a scam. According to the BBB report Elaine Sorrells is the owner. A google search on Elaine Sorrells owner of American Liberty Financial in boynton Beach Fl. produces some alarming search results.

Elaine Sorrells apparently is an absolute fraud according to the Attorney General in New York as she is facing criminal drug charges and was involved in the steroid ring in Albany last year.

Whoever this moron is posting about this company as well as wanting info on the llegro law group is a fraud also posting comments about ALF and LLegro law group wanting to know more when his username is llegroalf. I for one take that crap as an insult thinking we wouldnt figure it out?

Go sell some steroids or rip off some more employees.

century negotiations is another company that is worthless. any company that charges a set up fee before providing a service is a scam.

there are a number of posts on this very topic which is how i found this site to begin with and it makes absolute sense. do not pay anyone for a service you can do on your own and definitely do not pay anything up front.

Guest , you guys are spreading rumors you can`t substantiate. Century Negotiations has been a member of the BBB since 2003 and they have very few complaints as well. They are one of the few settlement companys that are not a rip off. All settlement and companys charge some sort of fee up front. Even credit counseling Companys charge the first payment in fees. David Leuthold is not only the owner CNI but he is also the Vice President of The Association of Settlement Companies. His company Century Negotiations is a accredited member of The Association of Settlement Companies [TASC]. It has demonstrated the required business practices and standards required by TASC.

If you want endorsing people to settle on their own thats fine. There is nothing wrong with trying to settlement debts on their own but don`t post ignorant comments about any company that charges fees up front is a fraud. Thats just not true.
