I have been unable to contact CFS Suntech so that I may find out my remaining balance.. They make an effort not to be found. Does anyone know a contact telephone number/address?

My bank says that my school loan is through Trust Mark National Bank. The auto debit is still labeled as CFS-Suntech on my bank statement. Maybe different loans were sold off to different banks...auto vrs. credit. vrs. mortgage, etc. I still cannot find a number to call to find info on my account.

You can also go to chase.com and create an account using your social security number and the loan number. It pulled my account up quickly.
